Product Description:

H.L.F. spol. s r.o. is engaged in cold pressing of metals. This is pressing of small metal parts by cold forming on automatic TPO and eccentric presses with a pressing force of up to 63 tones. The main materials processed: copper, bronze, brass and steel, and spring steel.

Other information:

We ensure surface finishes of parts within cold pressing of metals. Surface finishes for contact parts – silver, nickel, and tin (gold is also possible). For steel parts – zinc, including passivating, such as blue chromate (Cr 3+) and passivating with layer sealing as required by the customer. Design, manufacture, and maintenance of tools in our own tool shop.
